Based near Eureka Springs Arkansas, Tim Hillwood is a solo guitarist who is mostly known for original and unique guitar instrumentals. The fingerstyle pieces range from melodic folk, to jazz to new age and other genres that sometimes defy a label. These compositions generally come from an intention to uplift and inspire. Tim's guitar playing draws on many influences and fills a room with a wide range of his instrument.

Below - Sept, Oct and Nov (public) performances in Eureka Springs. Most of these gigs are at either Basin or Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs Arkansas.
Cave room gigs at Basin Hotel are held from 3 to 6PM.
(There are 3 wine tasting sessions roughly an hour each combined with an intimate concert during this hour to schedule ahead of time.

This Venture Out album was recorded as a personal triumph as I went through the year long process of healing after breaking my left hand over 2 decades ago.
It's also a musical reminder that I hope inspires others to overcome challenges or create a compelling path.
There is power in making a CHOICE outside of what looks to be the predictable future.
